Axial extractor fan with built in humidistat. Fan operates automatically when condensation is detected, then continues to run until cleared. May also work in conjunction with the room light switch, when room light is switched on fan starts, when the light is switched off fan continues to operate for pre-set time. For this function to work a constant live, switched live + neutral connection is required at the fan position (3 cores + earth). Automatic thermoactuator slow opening / closing backdraught shutter reduces backdraught problems.
